Shreya Malla

I am a PhD student in Educational Psychology and Research at the University of Kansas, with a focus on educational measurement, assessment, and applied quantitative methods. My research examines how assessments are designed, validated, and interpreted, with particular attention to student motivation, well-being, and learning experiences. I have an applied background in early childhood education and Montessori-based training, which shapes how I think about learning, development, and assessment in real-world contexts.
When I am not working with data or teaching labs, I enjoy yoga, taking long walks while listening to music, and spending quiet time recharging.
